JELL-O Cheesecake

  1. MELT butter; stir in crumbs and sugar.
  2. Press into bottom of 4, 9-inch pie plates or 2 springform pans.
  3. POUR cold milk into mixing bowl.
  4. Add cheesecake mix.
  5. Mix on low speed, using wire whip attachment, for 1 1/2 - 2 1/2 minutes.
  6. Stop mixer and scrape sides and bottom of bowl.
  7. Mix on medium speed 2 minutes.
  8. POUR into pie plates or springform pans.
  9. Refrigerate one hour or longer, until set.
