JELL-O Cheesecake
- Crust:
- 2/3 cup butter or margarine
- 2 2/3 cup graham crumbs
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- Filling:
- Jell-O Cheesecake Filling
- 6 cups 2% milk
- MELT butter; stir in crumbs and sugar.
- Press into bottom of 4, 9-inch pie plates or 2 springform pans.
- POUR cold milk into mixing bowl.
- Add cheesecake mix.
- Mix on low speed, using wire whip attachment, for 1 1/2 - 2 1/2 minutes.
- Stop mixer and scrape sides and bottom of bowl.
- Mix on medium speed 2 minutes.
- POUR into pie plates or springform pans.
- Refrigerate one hour or longer, until set.
