Natsumikan Citrus and Marmalade Bread
- 230 grams Bread flour
- 50 grams Cake flour
- 4 grams Salt
- 10 grams Sugar
- 10 grams Margarine
- 10 grams Skim milk powder
- 50 grams Yogurt
- 130 grams Natsumikan (or orange)
- 60 grams Marmalade jam
- 3 grams Dry yeast
- Remove the skin and the pith from the natsumikan (or orange).
- You don't need to break it into segments or cut into pieces, just add it to the bread maker as is.
- Put all the ingredients in the break maker.
- If you can choose the crust type, set it for "light" then start the "baking course."
- This is how it looks like sliced.
- The bread turns a beautiful orange colour!
