Natsumikan Citrus and Marmalade Bread

  1. Remove the skin and the pith from the natsumikan (or orange).
  2. You don't need to break it into segments or cut into pieces, just add it to the bread maker as is.
  3. Put all the ingredients in the break maker.
  4. If you can choose the crust type, set it for "light" then start the "baking course."
  5. This is how it looks like sliced.
  6. The bread turns a beautiful orange colour!
  7. Natsumikan is originally from Yamaguchi prefecture in Japan.
  8. You can see lots of natsumikan trees in my home city of Hagi.
