Sugar Free Banana Bread
- 1- 1/2 cup All-purpose Flour
- 1 teaspoon Baking Soda
- 1/2 teaspoons Baking Powder
- 1/2 teaspoons Salt
- 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
- 1 dash Nutmeg
- 1 cup Splenda
- 2 whole Eggs, Beaten
- 1/4 cups Butter, Melted
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla
- 2 whole Bananas, Mashed
- 1.
- Grease and flour 7x3 inch loaf pan.
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

- In one bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg and Splenda.
- Mix in slightly beaten eggs, melted butter, vanilla and mashed bananas.
- Pour into prepared pan.

- Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) uncovered for 45 minutes, then cover with foil.
- Bake for an additional 15 minutes covered.
