Sugar Free Banana Bread

  2. Grease and flour 7x3 inch loaf pan.
  3. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

  5. In one bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg and Splenda.
  6. Mix in slightly beaten eggs, melted butter, vanilla and mashed bananas.
  7. Pour into prepared pan.

  9. Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) uncovered for 45 minutes, then cover with foil.
  10. Bake for an additional 15 minutes covered.
