Herb-and-Nut Cream Cheese Log

  1. Mix cream cheese with Parmesan cheese and 1/3 cup pecans.
  2. Shape into 8-inch log, set aside.
  3. Combine parlsey and remaining 1/4 cup pecans.
  4. Roll log in parsley mixture; pressing gently to secure.
  5. Serve with crackers.
