Scalloped (Yummy) Corn
- 1 (14 3/4 ounce) can cream-style corn
- 1 cup saltine, crushed
- 12 cup milk
- 1 beaten egg
- salt and pepper
- 2 tablespoons butter
- Grease a 9x13 pan lightly.
- Mix all ingredients except for butter and pour into pan.
- Place dots of butter on top of mixture.
- Bake uncovered for 30-40 minutes, or until set and golden brown.
