Spiced ONE BOWL Brownies with Easy Chocolate Glaze
- 1 pkg. (4 oz.) BAKER'S Unsweetened Chocolate
- 3/4 cup butter or margarine
- 2 cups sugar
- 4 eggs
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 cup flour
- 1 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 1 tsp. ground ginger
- 1/4 tsp. ground nutmeg
- 1/4 tsp. ground cloves
- 1 tub (8 oz.) COOL WHIP Whipped Topping (Do not thaw.)
- 1-1/2 pkg. (4 oz. each) BAKER'S Semi-Sweet Chocolate (6 oz.)
- Heat oven to 350F.
- Line 13x9-inch pan with foil, with ends of foil extending over sides; spray with cooking spray.
- Microwave unsweetened chocolate and butter in large microwaveable bowl on HIGH 2 min.
- or until butter is melted.
- Stir until chocolate is completely melted.
- Stir in sugar.
- Blend in eggs and vanilla.
- Add flour and spices; mix well.
- Pour into prepared pan.
- Bake 30 to 35 min.
- or until toothpick inserted in center comes out with fudgy crumbs.
- (Do not overbake.)
- Cool completely in pan.
- Meanwhile, microwave COOL WHIP and semi-sweet chocolate in microwaveable bowl 1 min.

- Microwave 30 sec.
- to 1 min.
- or until chocolate is completely melted and mixture is well blended.
- Cool until thickened.
- Pour glaze over brownie; spread to evenly cover brownie.
- Refrigerate 30 min.
- or until glaze is firm.
- Use foil handles to lift brownie from pan before cutting to serve.
