Soju and Tonic With Lemon-Lime Syrup
- 1/2 ounce lemon-lime syrup
- 2 ounces soju
- Tonic water (I like Q Tonic for this, or Schweppes)
- Lemon peel
- Fill a highball glass with ice.
- Add syrup, then soju, then tonic to fill.
- Give the drink a gentle stir.
- Garnish with lemon peel.
