  1. using a frying pan or deep fryer dip each fish filet in egg then dredge in cracker crumb then fry until golden brown on both sides about 6 minutes in total cook time
  2. serve in heated corn tortillas with blended salsa of your choice, shredded lettuce, diced tomato and cilantro.
