Double Chocolate Chip Cookies

  1. Cream butter and sugars until light and fluffy.
  2. Whisk in the vanilla essence and egg.
  3. Stir in sifted flour and cocoa powder.
  4. Fold through chocolate chips.
  5. Place teaspoonful of mixture on greased baking trays and bake in moderately slow oven 160c for 10-15 minutes.
  6. Cool on a wire rack.
