Artichoke Dip
- 2 cups cooked chicken, chopped (optional)
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 cup sour cream
- 12 cup parmesan cheese
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 dash Tabasco sauce
- 15 ounces artichoke hearts, chopped, drained
- Mix together all ingredients.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
- Note-Canned chicken can be substituted, or, the chicken can be totally omitted.
