Chinese Chew

  1. Sift flour, baking powder, and salt twice.
  2. Add oher ingredients and mix well together.
  3. Bake in a shallow greased tin for 30 minutes at 375 deg F.
  4. When cooked, sprinkle well with icing sugar.
  5. Cut into fingers when cool.
