Apple and Bacon Coleslaw

  1. Cook bacon in a non stick frypan until crisp, drain well and cool.
  2. Combine bacon with the remaining ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
  3. Chill.
  4. Garnish with sprigs of parsley.
  5. Serve immediately.
