Aproicot yogurt fizz
- 1 can apricot halves, drained
- 8 oz plain yogurt
- 2 eggs
- 1/3 cup instant nonfat dry milk powder
- 1/2 cup club soda
- combine apricot halves, yogurt, eggs, and dry milk in an electric blender whirl on medium speed until smooth
- pour into two large glasses and add club soda to fill glass
- serve immediately
