Black & White Chocolate Tart

  1. Heat oven to 325F.
  2. Combine all crust ingredients in bowl.
  3. Press onto bottom and up sides of 9-inch tart pan with removable bottom.
  4. Bake 12-15 minutes or until light golden brown.
  5. Cool 30 minutes.
  6. Heat 1 1/3 cups whipping cream in 2-quart heavy saucepan over medium heat, stirring constantly, 5-6 minutes or until mixture just comes to a boil.
  7. Remove from heat.
  8. Add dark chocolate chips and vanilla; beat with whisk until smooth.
  9. Cool 10 minutes.
  10. Pour into cooled crust.
  11. Refrigerate at least 3 hours or until set.
  12. Microwave 2 tablespoons whipping cream in bowl just until it comes to a boil.
  13. Add chopped white chocolate; stir until smooth.
  14. Cool 30 minutes.
