Easy Quiche with Soy Milk

  1. Stir-fry the bacon and spinach with some salt and pepper.
  2. Combine the soy milk, egg, mayonnaise, and pizza cheese and mix with the cooked bacon and spinach.
  3. Bake the mixture in an oven preheated to 180C for 20 minutes.
