Italian Stuffed Mushrooms

  1. Unwrap cheeses and place in microwave for 30sec to 1 minute to soften.
  2. Combine together crumbs, mushroom stems and cheese.
  3. Take spoonfuls and fill mushroom caps.
  4. Place mushroom caps filling side up on UNGREASED cookie sheet.
  5. Cook 20 min at 400 degrees Fahrenheit or until stuffing is lightly browned on top.
  6. Let cool, then serve
