No-Cheese Cheeze Sauce/Dip

  1. In a sauce pan whisk together water, lemon juice (and Dijon mustard, if using).
  2. Add nutritional yeast, flours and spices.
  3. Whisk to blend.
  4. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly, until thickened.
  5. Stir in oil/margarine.
  6. If making queso sauce, add salsa at this point.
  7. Serve.
