breakfast bread bowls
- 3 round hand rolls
- 3 eggs
- 1 melted butter
- 1 chopped green onions
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1 dried parsley
- 1 fresh dill
- 1 tsp poppy seeds

- preheat oven to 350F
- gather all ingredients.
- what's fun about making these is that you can be as creative with your selection as you want.
- some choices can be: red and green peppers, cooked breakfast potatoes, plum tomatoes, carmelized onions, fresh spinach, crumbled sausage, bacon, etc.
- also, have fun with your cheese.
- feta, asiago..even goat cheese are all wonderful choices.
- cut a hole in the top of your roll and hollow out the inside.
- brush roll with your melted butter.
- cover the bottom with cheese and add your selected ingredients.
- crack egg on top to cover.
- sprinkle a pinch of cheese on top and garnish with parsley, poppy seeds and dill.
- place on cookie sheet and bake for ten minutes.
- take out of oven and cover loosely with foil.
- place back in oven for 20-25 minutes, or until egg is set.
- yummy.
