Pumpkin Eggnog Bread Pudding Recipe Ninefingers

  1. Preheat oven to 350.
  2. Spray an 8 X 8 inch baking dish with butter spray.
  3. Whisk together Pumpkin Eggnog, Pumpkin Puree, sugar, pie spice and cinnamon in a mixing bowl.
  4. Tear bread into small pieces and mix in with the eggnog mixture.
  5. Allow to stand for about 15 minutes so that the bread soaks up the liquid.
  6. Pour mixture into the prepared baking dish.
  7. Melt butter and pour over the top.
  8. Bake in preheated oven for approximately 45 minutes or until somewhat firm.
  9. Serve with vanilla ice cream or whipped cream
