Peanut Butter Screams

  1. Prepare brownie batter as directed on package.
  2. Evenly divide batter between 2 (2-inch) full hotel pans (or 1 half hotel pan for trial recipe).
  3. Bake as directed; cool.
  4. Place mousse mix and water in large bowl of electric mixer fitted with wire whip attachment.
  5. Beat on low speed 30 seconds or until moistened.
  6. Scrape bowl.
  7. Add peanut butter.
  8. Beat on medium speed 5 to 8 minutes or until well blended.
  9. Spread brownies evenly with mousse mixture.
  10. Refrigerate several hours or until chilled.
  11. Cut into squares to serve.
