Peanut Butter Screams
- - Food service brownie mix
- 2 pkg. JELL-O Vanilla Whip N Chill Mousse
- 2 qt. Cold water
- 2 cups Creamy peanut butter
- Prepare brownie batter as directed on package.
- Evenly divide batter between 2 (2-inch) full hotel pans (or 1 half hotel pan for trial recipe).
- Bake as directed; cool.
- Place mousse mix and water in large bowl of electric mixer fitted with wire whip attachment.
- Beat on low speed 30 seconds or until moistened.
- Scrape bowl.
- Add peanut butter.
- Beat on medium speed 5 to 8 minutes or until well blended.
- Spread brownies evenly with mousse mixture.
- Refrigerate several hours or until chilled.
- Cut into squares to serve.
