Beef Strognaff Recipe
- 3 lb cubed Round or possibly sirloin steak
- 2 can Cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can Chedder cheese soup
- 1 can Mushroom pcs, liquid removed
- 1 pkt Onion soup mix
- This can be cooked in either the oven or possibly a Crock pot.
- Place meat in bottom of pan.
- Sprinkle onion soup mix over meat.
- Add in mushrooms.
- Spread 1 can cream of mushroom soup than 1 can cheese soup, then 1 can cream of mushroom soup.
- Add in a little water or possibly lowfat milk if you want before pouring over meat.
- Bake at 250 for 3 hrs.
- Stir together and bake 1/2 hour longer uncovered.
- (or possibly) Cook Crock Pot on low for 6-8 hrs.
- Serve over noodles or possibly rice.
