Meatless Italian Sausage & Peppers
- 2 medium green peppers, cut into strips
- 2 medium red peppers, cut into strips
- 1 large yellow pepper, cut into strips Target 1 pkg For $2.99 thru 02/06
- 1 medium yellow onion, sliced
- 1 Tbsp. KRAFT Lite House Italian Dressing
- 1 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
- 4 BOCA Meatless Italian Sausages
- 4 low calorie hot dog buns, partially split
- 1 medium banana, sliced
- 8 large fresh strawberries, sliced
- 2 kiwis, sliced
- 1/2 cup COOL WHIP LITE Whipped Topping
- 2 Tbsp. PLANTERS Walnuts, chopped
- 32 fl oz (4 cups) , favorite flavor
- Place peppers, onion, dressing and olive oil in heavy-duty foil bag or foil pouch made from a double layer of foil.
- Place foil pouch on grill or in 450F oven.
- Heat 15 min., or until vegetables are tender, turning bag occasionally.
- Grill sausages as directed on package.
- Place in buns; top with pepper mixture.
- Gently combine bananas, strawberries and kiwi; top with 2 Tbsp.
- COOL WHIP LITE and 1-1/2 tsp.
- walnuts per serving for dessert.
- Serve meal with an 8 fl oz glass of CRYSTAL LIGHT per person.
