Breakfast Pizza
- 1 lb regular bulk sausage or 1 lb spicy bulk sausage
- 1 14 cups frozen shredded hash browns, potatoes thawed
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 5 eggs
- 12 cup milk
- 14 teaspoon salt
- 18 teaspoon pepper
- grated parmesan cheese
- In a skillet, brown sausage; drain.
- Spoon into an ungreased 10 inch pie pan.
- Top with potatoes and cheddar cheese.
- In a bowl, beat eggs, milk, salt, and pepper; pour over cheese.
- Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
- Bake, uncovered, at 375F for 30-35 minutes or until golden brown.
