Agar Coffee Jello
- 600 ml Water
- 2 grams Kanten powder
- 50 grams Sugar
- 15 grams Instant coffee
- 1 Vanilla extract
- 1 Heavy cream
- Add all ingredients and 200 ml of water (It is 1/3 of water indicated) and heat.
- Bring to a boil, then turn down the heat to low.
- Simmer for 1 minute to dissolve the kanten and sugar completely.
- Turn off the heat.
- Add vanilla extract, and 400 ml of water (the remaining 2/3).
- Mix well.
- Pour in the containers, and chill in the fridge.
- Drizzle heavy cream on top and enjoy.
- If you are not in a hurry, try the following.
- Add all the ingredients in a pot, and simmer it to dissolve the kanten and sugar.
- Then pour in molds.
- Let sit for a while until cool, then chill in the fridge.
- Pour in milk, and stir.
- This coffee jelly drink is also delicious.
