Agar Coffee Jello

  1. Add all ingredients and 200 ml of water (It is 1/3 of water indicated) and heat.
  2. Bring to a boil, then turn down the heat to low.
  3. Simmer for 1 minute to dissolve the kanten and sugar completely.
  4. Turn off the heat.
  5. Add vanilla extract, and 400 ml of water (the remaining 2/3).
  6. Mix well.
  7. Pour in the containers, and chill in the fridge.
  8. Drizzle heavy cream on top and enjoy.
  9. If you are not in a hurry, try the following.
  10. Add all the ingredients in a pot, and simmer it to dissolve the kanten and sugar.
  11. Then pour in molds.
  12. Let sit for a while until cool, then chill in the fridge.
  13. Pour in milk, and stir.
  14. This coffee jelly drink is also delicious.
