Round Steak Fiestas Recipe

• 1 1/2 lbs. round steak
• 3 lg. onions
• 1/2 c. chili sauce
• 1 1/2 c. water
• 2 c. cooked macaroni
• 2 tbsp. flour
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 1/2 teaspoon pepper
• 1/4 c. fat

1. Cut round steak in serving pcs.
2. Roll steak in flour, salt and pepper.
3. Brown in 1/4 c. fat.
4. Add in onions sliced, chili sauce and water.
5. Cover and simmer 45 min to 1 hour.
6. Place meat in center of warmed platter.
7. Add in 2 c. cooked macaroni to pan gravy.
8. Stir till macaroni is heated through, then arrange around steak.
