Creamy Mustard Roasted Salmon

  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.
  2. Line a baking pan with aluminum foil and arange the 4 salmon fillets skin side down.
  3. Sprinkle the tops of the fillets with salt and pepper.
  4. In a bowl, combine creme fraiche, dijon mustard, whole grain mustard, shallots, capers, salt and pepper.
  5. Spoon the sauce over the fish and make sure to completely cover the fish with the sauce.
  6. Bake for 10-15 mintes and serve with a delicious salad.
  7. Enjoy!
