Creamy Mustard Roasted Salmon
- 4 whole Salmon Fillets, 8 Oz. Size
- 8 ounces, fluid Creme Fraiche
- 2- 1/2 Tablespoons Dijon Mustard
- 1- 1/2 Tablespoon Whole Grain Mustard
- 2 Tablespoons Shallots, Minced
- 2 teaspoons Capers, Drained
- 1 teaspoon Salt, Plus Additional To Season Salmon
- 1/2 teaspoons Pepper, Plus Additional To Season Salmon
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.
- Line a baking pan with aluminum foil and arange the 4 salmon fillets skin side down.
- Sprinkle the tops of the fillets with salt and pepper.
- In a bowl, combine creme fraiche, dijon mustard, whole grain mustard, shallots, capers, salt and pepper.
- Spoon the sauce over the fish and make sure to completely cover the fish with the sauce.
- Bake for 10-15 mintes and serve with a delicious salad.
