10 Minute Cream Sauce Pasta

  1. Heat some olive oil in a frying pan and cook the bacon.
  2. Once cooked, add the shimeji mushrooms.
  3. Once the shimeji mushrooms are tender, pour in the heavy cream.
  4. Add the consomme.
  5. Boil the homemade fresh pasta.
  6. 1 minute should be fine.
  7. After 1 minute, scoop 3/4 ladleful of the boiling water and add to the sauce.
  8. Then add the pasta.
  9. Serve on a plate, season with black pepper, and it's done.
