10 Minute Cream Sauce Pasta
- 1 pack Heavy cream
- 1 small pack Shimeji mushrooms
- 4 slice Bacon
- 1 tbsp Consomme soup stock granules
- 1 dash less than 1 bunch Salt (to boil pasta)
- 1 Black pepper
- 1 Olive oil
- Heat some olive oil in a frying pan and cook the bacon.
- Once cooked, add the shimeji mushrooms.
- Once the shimeji mushrooms are tender, pour in the heavy cream.
- Add the consomme.
- Boil the homemade fresh pasta.
- 1 minute should be fine.
- After 1 minute, scoop 3/4 ladleful of the boiling water and add to the sauce.
- Then add the pasta.
- Serve on a plate, season with black pepper, and it's done.
