Mexican Flag Dip
- 3 cups BREAKSTONE'S or KNUDSEN Sour Cream
- 1 envelope GOOD SEASONS Roasted Garlic or Italian Salad Dressing & Recipe Mix
- 1 ripe avocado, peeled, mashed Target 10 ea For $10.00 thru 02/06
- 2 Tbsp. chopped cilantro
- 1 fresh jalapeno pepper, seeded, finely chopped (optional)
- 1/2 cup TACO BELL Thick & Chunky Medium Salsa
- Mix sour cream and salad dressing mix.
- Divide into 3 portions, about 1 cup each.
- Leave 1 portion plain.
- Stir avocado, cilantro and jalapeno pepper into second portion; stir salsa into third portion.
- Refrigerate.
- Serve with tortilla chips or assorted cut-up vegetables.
