Mexican Chicken & Rice Dinner

  1. Bring chicken, salsa, taco seasoning mix and water to boil in large skillet; cover.
  2. Simmer 10 minutes.
  3. Return to boil.
  4. Stir in rice.
  5. Sprinkle with cheese; cover.
  6. Cook on low heat 5 minutes.
  7. Variation: Prepare as directed, adding 1 cup canned black beans, drained, with rice.
