Tamagoyaki Omelete with Shirasu and Green Onion
- 2 tbsp Shirasu
- 1 tsp Sesame Oil
- 1/2 tsp Sake
- 1 swirl Soy sauce
- 2 Eggs
- 1 tbsp Sake
- 1 Green onions or scallions
- 1 Vegetable oil
- Put the shirasu in a heatproof dish, swirl in sesame oil and stir.
- Microwave for 30 seconds at 700 W.
- Add the soy sauce and microwave for 30 seconds.
- Beat the eggs and add the sake, green onion and Step 2.
- Roll the eggs into a tamagoyaki, or make scrambled eggs if you're strapped for time.
- I packed this in my lunch box.
