Seafood Dip
- 2 (5 ounce) cans albacore tuna in water
- 1 (8 ounce) package imitation crabmeat
- 10 -15 medium shrimp
- 3 hard-boiled eggs
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 2 teaspoons relish
- Old Bay Seasoning
- cajun seasoning (your choice)
- garlic powder
- 4 celery ribs
- 2 garlic cloves
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Drain tuna and place in separate bowl.
- Dice crab meat, shrimp, celery, and garlic and mix in another bowl.
- Season to taste with old bay, cajun seasoning, and garlic powder.
- Saute crab, shrimp, celery and garlic in olive oil for 3-5 minutes then place in bowl with the tuna.
- Add in the boiled eggs, two tablespoons of mayo, and two teaspoons of relish.
- Add a little more seasoning if preferred.
- Serve with crackers or eat alone!
