Seafood Dip

  1. Drain tuna and place in separate bowl.
  2. Dice crab meat, shrimp, celery, and garlic and mix in another bowl.
  3. Season to taste with old bay, cajun seasoning, and garlic powder.
  4. Saute crab, shrimp, celery and garlic in olive oil for 3-5 minutes then place in bowl with the tuna.
  5. Add in the boiled eggs, two tablespoons of mayo, and two teaspoons of relish.
  6. Add a little more seasoning if preferred.
  7. Serve with crackers or eat alone!
