Turkey Stroganoff

  1. Brown the turkey in heated olive oil.
  2. Add in the bouillon cubes; stir well.
  3. Remove from heat and set aside.
  4. In another skillet, saute onion and mushrooms in melted margarine.
  5. Add in the garlic; stir/saute until golden.
  6. Combine the vegetable mixture with the turkey mixture; add in the sour cream--stir to combine.
  7. Heat throughly but do no boil.
  8. To serve--arrange warm noodles on individual plates; spoon stroganoff over noodles.
