Spinach and Brie Bites

  1. In a medium skillet over medium heat, heat the olive oil.
  2. Add spinach and cook until it wilts slightly, about 2-3 minutes.
  3. Remove to a plate.
  4. Spread 1 teaspoon of brie onto each cracker.
  5. Place 2 spinach leaves on top of brie, followed by 1 teaspoon of jam.
  6. Serve immediately.
  7. Enjoy!
