Spinach and Brie Bites
- 1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 cup Fresh Baby Spinach
- 4 Creamy Brie Wedges
- 12 RITZ Crackers
- 12 teaspoons Strawberry Jam
- In a medium skillet over medium heat, heat the olive oil.
- Add spinach and cook until it wilts slightly, about 2-3 minutes.
- Remove to a plate.
- Spread 1 teaspoon of brie onto each cracker.
- Place 2 spinach leaves on top of brie, followed by 1 teaspoon of jam.
- Serve immediately.
- Enjoy!
