Chicken Caesar Salad
- 3 oz. boneless skinless chicken breast
- 3 Tbsp. KRAFT FREE Classic Caesar Dressing, divided
- 2 cups chopped romaine lettuce
- 2 Tbsp. seasoned croutons
- 2 tsp. KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese
- 1/2 cup frozen, sweetened peach slices, thawed
- 1 tsp. all purpose flour
- 1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 1/3 cup letter-shaped sweetened oat and corn cereal with marshmallow bits
- 2 tsp. trans fat free canola-based soft margarine
- 8 fl oz (1 cup) MAXWELL HOUSE Coffee, Regular or Decaf
- Brush chicken with 1 Tbsp.
- of the dressing.
- Place on rack of broiler pan.
- Broil 3 to 4 min.
- on each side or until chicken is cooked through; cut into strips.
- Toss chicken with lettuce, croutons, remaining 2 Tbsp.

- Season with salt-free seasoning of choice.
- For dessert, mix peaches, flour and cinnamon in a small microwavable dish lightly coated with cooking spray.
- Microwave on HIGH 30 sec.
- Mix cereal and margarine in small bowl.
- Sprinkle over peach mixture.
- Microwave on HIGH an additional 30 sec.
- Serve meal with a cup of coffee.
- Sweeten with calorie-free sweetener, if desired.
