Avocado Mayonnaise for Fried Foods and More

  1. Microwave the avocado whole for 1 1/2 minutes.
  2. When you split the avocado, it should have turned bright green!
  3. (It's hot, so be careful!)
  4. Put all the ingredients in a food processor and blend.
  5. Add creaminess with the condensed milk.
  6. Adjust the sweetness and saltiness to taste.
  7. I made my own sour cream using user "Sarunomaki's.
  8. (It's so easy to make sour cream this way!)
  9. Tartare sauce is high in cholesterol, but this sauce is healthy.
  10. Mix with tuna to make sandwiches, or serve with french fries!
  11. I use this mayonnaise.
