Avocado Mayonnaise for Fried Foods and More
- 1 Avocado
- 100 grams Sour cream (or use room temperature cream cheese instead)
- 100 grams Mayonnaise (You can use tofu mayonnaise instead. See!)
- 1 and 1/2 teaspoons Lemon juice
- 2 tsp or (to taste) Condensed milk (or honey)
- 1/3 tsp Salt
- 1 Pepper
- Microwave the avocado whole for 1 1/2 minutes.
- When you split the avocado, it should have turned bright green!
- (It's hot, so be careful!)
- Put all the ingredients in a food processor and blend.
- Add creaminess with the condensed milk.
- Adjust the sweetness and saltiness to taste.
- I made my own sour cream using user "Sarunomaki's.
- (It's so easy to make sour cream this way!)
- Tartare sauce is high in cholesterol, but this sauce is healthy.
- Mix with tuna to make sandwiches, or serve with french fries!
- I use this mayonnaise.
