Creamy Smoked Paprika Chicken

  1. HEAT half the oil in a nonstick frypan, add the chicken and cook 34 minutes each side until browned.
  2. Remove and set aside.
  3. HEAT remaining oil and saute the onion and garlic for 3 minutes until softened.
  4. Add the paprika and cook a further minute then stir in tomatoes.
  5. Return chicken to the pan and gently simmer, covered, for 10-12 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through.
  6. STIR the PHILLY, seasonings and parsley through the chicken then simmer gently a further 23 minutes until heated through.
  7. Place chicken on serving plates, spoon over the sauce and serve with steamed vegetables.
  8. Serve immediately.
