Alaska Salmon With Rainbow Peppers Recipe
- 4 sht Reynolds Wrap heavy-duty aluminum foil - (12" by 12" ea)
- 4 x salmon fillets or possibly steaks - (6 to 8 ounce ea) thawed if necessary
- 2 x red bell peppers seeded, and cut into strips
- 2 x yellow bell peppers seeded, and cut into strips
- 2 x green bell peppers seeded, and cut into strips
- 1/4 c. butter or possibly margarine softened
- 1 1/2 tsp dry basil leaves
- Center salmon steaks/fillets on foil sheets.
- Arrange pepper strips in a rainbow pattern around each steak/fillet.
- Combine butter and basil; spread over salmon.
- Shape foil sheet around fish to make a fish boat.
- Cook covered, 15 to 18 min on medium-warm grill or possibly till fish flakes easily when tested with a fork.
- This recipe yields 4 servings.
