Wontons

  1. In a bowl mix meat first, then add remaining ingredients and mix thoroughly.
  2. Place 1 tsp At a time on each wrapper, moisten edges and fold in half diagonally then press edges to seal.
  3. Fold over the two opposite corners and pinch together.
  4. Deep fry in 375F oil until golden brown.
  5. May be eaten freshly cooked or individually frozen and placed in bags, then remove from freezer heat on a cookie sheet in a 350F oven for 10 minutes.
  6. Serve with plum sauce.
