Brattleboro (Vermont) Peanut Butter Bread Recipe

  1. Sift flour.
  2. Add in baking pwdr, salt and sugar.
  3. Sift again.
  4. Gradually add in lowfat milk to peanut butter and blend.
  5. Add in flour mix and stir just sufficient to moisten.
  6. (Do not beat.)
  7. Batter will be stiff.
  8. Pour into well greased loaf pan and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
  9. Cold 5 min and remove from pan.
