  1. Cook and stir chicken and garlic in hot oil in large skillet on medium-high heat 5 min.
  2. or until chicken is done.
  3. Add water, soy sauce, sugar and vegetables; stir.
  4. Bring to boil.
  5. Stir in rice; cover.
  6. Remove from heat.
  7. Let stand 5 min.
  8. Fluff with fork; sprinkle with nuts.
