Chorizo Meatloaf

• 2 lbs Ground turkey
• 1 lb. Chorizo sausage
• 1 egg
• 1 cup Italian breadcrumbs
• 1 cup Chopped onion
• 3 tbsp Minced garlic
• 1 small bottle Heinz 57 (I use generic)

1. Preheat oven to 350F.
2. Combine all ingredients according to list, except 57 sauce.
3. Put in a greased 9 x 8 inch dish.
4. Top with 57 sauce and bake approximately one hour.
