Bacon-Cheese Puffs- Homemade Gourmet

  1. Preheat oven to 375F.
  2. Press each biscuit into the side and bottom of a greased muffin tin; Set aside.
  3. Beat together first 5 ingredients with an electric mixer.
  4. Stir in cheese.
  5. Spoon filling into each biscuit "cup", making sure none spills over the edges.
  6. Bake for 22 minutes or until filling is set and biscuits are golden-brown.
  7. Cool slightly before serving.
