Barsha's Melted chocolate muffins
- 4 eggs
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 100 grams cooking chocolate
- 100 grams butter
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1 tsp cocoa powder
- 1 tbsp baking powder
- 1 tsp essence
- In a bowl break eggs, add sugar and blend it with a hand blender till the time its frothy.
- Take another 'microwave safe' bowl, put chocolates and butter in it for melting it, microwave it for one minute
- Add the melted chocolate and butter to the eggs and blend well.
- Sieve cocoa powder, baking powder, essence and flour.
- And blend for a minute.
- Preheat oven at 180 C.
- Grease the muffin moulds with butter and sprinkle flour on it
- Pour the batter into the moulds and bake for 2-3 minutes.
- Melted chocolate muffins are ready to be served hot!
