Salmon Patties

  1. Crush crackers into salmon
  2. Mix ingredients together,
  3. Form into palm size patties.
  4. I prefer a lot of pepper so add salt and pepper to taste.
  5. In heated and greased pan cook patties on med to low heat until browned.
  6. Sometimes I use a cooking spray, other times olive oil.
  7. For sauce:.
  8. Melt butter.
  9. Stir in flour.
  10. Cook and stir until ball forms.
  11. Add milk slowly while stirring.
  12. Cook until smooth and thick.
  13. Add salt and pepper to taste and parsley if wanted.
  14. Serve patties on platter and pass the sauce.
