Truffle Martini
- 3 1/2 ounces Hennessy X.O
- Splash of fresh lime juice
- Splash of 100-year-old Grand Marnier
- 7 paper-thin slices of black truffle
- Put Cognac, lime juice and Grand Marnier in shaker with ice.
- Add two slices of black truffle.
- Shake well to extract flavor from truffle.
- Strain into a chilled martini glass.
- Garnish with 5 slices of black truffle, and serve.
