Truffle Martini

  1. Put Cognac, lime juice and Grand Marnier in shaker with ice.
  2. Add two slices of black truffle.
  3. Shake well to extract flavor from truffle.
  4. Strain into a chilled martini glass.
  5. Garnish with 5 slices of black truffle, and serve.
