Taboule Salad

  1. In large bowl, combine wheat salad mix and contents of Spice Sack.
  2. Stir in 1 cup boiling water and oil.
  3. Let stand 30 minutes.
  4. Stir in fresh basil, fresh parsley, onion, garlic, lemon juice, and salt (if desired).
  5. Fold in tomatoes.
  6. Cover; chill for at least 2 hours or overnight before serving.
  7. Serve as a side dish, a light lunch, or on a bed of romaine lettuce.
  8. Sprinke with freshly ground pepper, if desired.
