Apricot Relish Steak

  1. Trim excess fat from steak.
  2. Broil steak 4 inches from heat, 5 to 7 minutes per side for rare or until desired doneness.
  3. Keep warm.
  4. Combine remaining ingredients in a medium saucepan; bring to a boil.
  5. Simmer 5 minutes, stirring constantly.
  6. Slice steak across the grain into thin slices.
  7. Pour apricot relish over steak slices and serve.
