Mini Pizzas
- 1 can or jar of pizza sauce
- 6 oz package of pepperoni
- 16 oz mozzarella cheese (shredded)
- 1 loaf Cocktail rye bread (or other hard bread in small slices)
- Preheat oven to 400F.
- Place aluminium foil over a baking sheet.
- Spread out bread slices on top of foil.
- They should not be touching.
- Using a spoon, spoon desired amount of pizza sauce onto bread slices.
- Sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top of sauce.
- Try to keep cheese from getting onto foil.
- Place one pepperoni slice on top of cheese.
- Place in oven.
- Bake approximately 5 to 8 minutes.
- Keep an eye on it.
- When the cheese is melted, it is done.
- Let cool a few minutes and place on a serving dish or plate.
- Enjoy!
