Chicken Tortilla Soup
- 1 large chicken
- 1 cup diced onions
- 6 cup water
- 2 clove garlic, diced
- 2 tsp Chipotle powder
- 2 tbsp Chicken bullion
- 2 Avocados
- 1 bag of tortillas chips
- 1/2 bunch cilantro
- 3 cup grated Monterey Jack Cheese
- 2 limes
- 1 sour cream
- 1 salt and pepper to taste
- Place all ingredients in a large pot and bring to a boil.
- Lower temperature and continue to boil until the chicken meat falls off the bone.
- Remove all bones and keep the soup warm.
- crumble a handful of chips in each bowl and ladle in your soup.
- add all other ingredients to each bowl per your taste.
