Tex-Mex Minestrone

  1. Brown meat in large saucepan; drain.
  2. Add all remaining ingredients except cheese; mix well.
  3. Bring to boil; simmer on medium-low heat 8 min.
  4. or until pasta is tender, stirring occasionally.
  5. Serve topped with cheese.
